This blog post is a plea to every student at Kent State who’s involved in PRSSA or is interested in public relations.

The truth is… the PRSSA Kent executive board needs you!

Fall semester has been full of networking opportunities with professionals and one another. We’ve learned together, we’ve listened together and we’ve laughed together.

I know spring semester will bring new opportunities for PRSSA Kent, but we need your help.

Tell us: What kind of Wednesday night programming would you like to see in spring semester? Guest lecturers at fall meetings gave us a look into sports public relations and political PR. What aspects of public relations interest you?

Here are a few ways you can express your opinion:

1. Respond to this blog post.
Feel free to brainstorm your ideas by leaving a comment on this blog post. Who knows, maybe we’ll start a great conversation. I can’t express how excited I would be to hear from you. I won’t even deduct points for AP Style errors!

2. Leave a comment on the Facebook group.
We all know surfing Facebook.com is an easy way to avoid the completion of important college assignments. Put your procrastination to good use by writing on our wall!

3. Corner any of the e-board officers at PRSSA meetings or anytime you see us in Franklin Hall.
We don’t bite… promise!

4. E-mail President Katelyn Luysterborg.
Katelyn would love to hear any of your comments or concerns.
